Erin Gilson is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses mainly on corporate and securities litigation and white collar criminal defense. She has also worked in a variety of other areas, including government investigations, internal investigations, commercial disputes, and advice regarding federal and state securities laws. In addition, Ms. Gilson has experience litigating pro bono criminal defense and family law cases.
Ms. Gilson joined the firm in 2008, after receiving her juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School. Prior to attending law school, she worked in South Korea, Ireland, France, and the Czech Republic. She received her undergraduate degree from Duke University in 2000.
