Jim Rebarchak is in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices extensively in Alabama, is licensed and practices in Mississippi, and also practices in the Panhandle of Florida. Mr. Rebarchak is presently representing Fluor Enterprises, Inc. ("Fluor") in a personal injury matter in Pensacola, Florida. When Fluor had the maintenance contract at the Solutia plant, he has handled numerous matters in the Pensacola area for Fluor, including employment, personal injury, contract disputes, etc.

Mr. Rebarchak has represented Fluor for over 25 years and handled everything from contract disputes, bad faith, personal injury, employment matters, worker's compensation matters, insurance matters, etc. in Alabama, Florida, and other jurisdictions. Presently, Mr. Rebarchak is handling two Plant Performance Services ("P2S") worker's compensation matters for Fluor in Alabama. Mr. Rebarchak is familiar with the P2S worker's contracts, scope of work, etc.

While working in Pensacola for Fluor, Mr. Rebarchak hired Casey Rogers, now the Federal Judge, to be local counsel on an employment matter. If this case gets on Judge Rogers' docket, we would have an excellent working relationship with her.

Mr. Rebarchak has represented Fluor for the past 25 years. He understands the company's philosophy, guidelines, and bottom line.
