Jim Rebarchak is a special counsel in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on business and commercial law, construction law, employment law, and insurance defense, and he represents both large and small businesses and insurance companies. Mr. Rebarchak has experience with business disputes and litigation, complex commercial litigation, employment contracts, fraud-related matters, insurance defense, personal injury matters, premises liability, products liability, and professional liability.
From 1982–1987, Mr. Rebarchak served as an Assistant Attorney General of the State of Alabama.
