Jim Schultz is a member of the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He practices before the trial and appellate courts of Georgia, both federal and state. Earlier in his career, he worked in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia for 13 years. Mr. Schultz also served on the faculty of the Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques at Emory University School of Law from 1987–2000.
