Richard Wright is a member of the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He practices commercial law, secured transactions law, and banking law. His focus has been in representing financial institutions in the areas of commercial collections, mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, loan closings, workouts, loan restructuring, bank operations and bank regulatory matters, particularly those regarding impaired and special assets.
Prior to private practice, Mr. Wright served as a law clerk to Judge Edwin Breland, United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Alabama.
