Carrie Ellis McCollum is a member of the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Group. She practices from the firm's Montgomery office. Ms. McCollum’s practice is concentrated in the area of banking and financial services, with an emphasis on litigation and material threats of exposure, including evaluation of claims, exposure, and defenses and implementation of legal hold requirements. Her experience in bank litigation management, tracking, and support services includes working with the client to establish and implement a process for identifying and tracking lawsuits and related reporting, and assistance and support regarding information collection and review of internal bank records in response to litigation or threats of litigation.

Ms. McCollum's experience also includes assisting a publicly traded company with establishing and implementing a comprehensive records management program, including a records retention schedule and associated policies governing company records, legal hold, e-mail, and other electronic communications.
