Carrie Ellis McCollum is member of the firm's Banking & Financial Services Practice Group and practices from the firm's Montgomery office. Ms. McCollum serves banks and financial institutions, and she practices primarily in the area of banking, providing clients with litigation management, tracking, and support services, as well as services for bank operational issues. She is also involved in special projects, including records management, legal services, and related discovery issues, including electronic discovery.
Ms.McCollum's experience includes assisting a publicly traded company with establishing and implementing a comprehensive records management program, including a records retention schedule and associated policies governing company records, legal help, e-mail, and other electronic communications. She has also worked with a publicly traded company client to establish and implement a process for litigation management, trading, and reporting, as well as associated corporate governance issues.
