Mark King is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and practices from the firm's Miami office. Mr. King previously worked for the firm of Miller, Hamilton, Snider & Odom L.L.C., where he focused his practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on banking and debtor/creditor relationships. He represents financial institutions, investors, and other creditors with regard to loan sales and acquisitions, commercial and consumer loan restructuring, and enforcing secured and unsecured distressed obligations.
