Sarah Stogner is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses primarily upon environmental, toxic tort, and product liability litigation. Ms. Stogner's prior experience includes assisting in the representation of a retailer and manufacturer in a redhibition and Louisiana Products Liability Act (LPLA) action, the representation of a chemical manufacturer in personal injury lawsuits resulting from a plant fire, as well as assisting clients with funding under the Stafford Act.
Ms. Stogner has also written articles on important legislative and jurisprudential developments within the areas of environmental, toxic tort, and product liability law. She received her juris doctor degree, with honors, from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, in 2008.
Ms. Stogner is a volunteer for Thirst for Justice, a legal clinic that gives the underprivileged in the Baton Rouge community an opportunity to consult with an attorney. She is also actively involved with Forum 35, a Baton Rouge volunteer organization for young professionals in the metropolitan area.
