Margaret Laborde is a member of Jones Walker's Real Estate Practice Group and practices from the firm's Lafayette office. Ms. Laborde joined Jones Walker in 2009 following the firm's merger with Longman Russo, APLC. Ms. Laborde has a varied oil and gas practice, with an emphasis on negotiation and drafting of farmouts, operating agreements, leases, assignments, servitudes, and other agreements relating to oil and gas exploration and production, oil and gas property title examination, and transactions involving the purchase and sale of oil and gas assets.
