Dennis Doise joined Jones Walker in January 2010 after working as General Counsel for River Ranch Development, L.L.C. Mr. Doise was a founding partner in the law firm of Perret Doise, which changed its name to Longman Russo after Mr. Doise resigned to become General Counsel for River Ranch Development, L.L.C. The firm of Longman Russo then merged with Jones Walker in 2009. His practice focuses on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, banking, and general transactional matters.
