David Borghardt is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's Baton Rouge office. In addition to general commercial litigation, Mr. Borghardt focuses on regulations and compliance work, with a special emphasis on home health agencies.
He is a 2009 graduate of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, where he received his juris doctor degree and Diploma in Civil Law, magna cum laude. At LSU, he served on the Moot Court Board, participated in the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition, and won the 69th annual Robert Lee Tullis Moot Court competition. Mr. Borghardt received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2006.
