Amy Cowley is a special counsel in Jones Walker's Labor & Employment Practice Group. Her practice focuses on labor relations; employment-related litigation, including litigation under Title VII; the Family and Medical Leave Act; the Americans with Disabilities Act; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; the Fair Labor Standards Act; the Occupational Safety and Health Administration; and state law counterparts. Her experience also includes medical, professional, and hospital liability litigation, as well as environmental class action defense. Ms. Cowley is a 2002 graduate of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University.
