Ms. Bonds has represented clients in a wide array of commercial litigation, including professional liability litigation (agents and brokers, directors and officers, and other professionals), products liability, mass torts, class action litigation, banking and financial services litigation, and coverage litigation. Ms. Bonds' practice extends to all state and federal courts in Alabama and Mississippi. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama; and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. She is also admitted to practice before the 5th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal.

In addition to her varied litigation experience, Ms. Bonds is a trained mediator listed on the roster maintained by the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution (ACDR). In 2014, she became one of the few lawyers in Alabama trained to conduct foreclosure mediations in connection with the ACDR's mortgage modification mediation program. Ms. Bonds is also approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a Dispute Resolution Arbitrator. 

Ms. Bonds earned her bachelor of arts degree, with distinction and special honors, from Jacksonville State University, and her juris doctor degree from The University of Alabama School of Law. She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2015 (Copyright 2014 by Woodward/White, Inc., Aiken, SC) in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law, Litigation – Banking and Finance, and Litigation – Municipal. Ms. Bonds is also listed in the 2014 edition of Alabama Super Lawyers in several areas including, Professional Liability, Civil Litigation and Products Liability. 

Ms. Bonds is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, Alabama State Bar, American Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar, and the Birmingham Bar Association. Ms. Bonds currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Birmingham Bar Foundation.
