Emily Bonds is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's Birmingham office. Her practice focuses on the areas of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Bonds has represented clients in professional liability litigation, defending insurance agents, attorneys, real estate professionals, and others. She has also handled an array of other litigation, including coverage litigation, products liability, mass torts, medical malpractice, and class action litigation. Ms. Bonds' practice extends to all state and federal courts in Alabama and Mississippi. In addition to her substantial and varied litigation experience, Ms. Bonds is a trained mediator.
