Adam Brimer is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group and practices from the firm's Birmingham office. His practice focuses on taxation, general corporate and business matters, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning.
Mr. Brimer is a 2008 graduate of the New York University School of Law, where he received his Master of Laws in Taxation and served as Graduate Editor for the Tax Review. He received his juris doctor degree from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2007, summa cum laude, and served as Notes Editor for the Alabama Law Review. Mr. Brimer graduated from The College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a second major in Psychology. At William & Mary, he was a Program Director and tutor for College Partnership for Kids.
