Kevin Ainsworth is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Over the years, he has engaged in an active litigation practice in the areas of products liability, construction defects, toxic torts, professional liability, property damage, motor vehicle torts, premises liability, bad faith and insurance coverage, personal injury, environmental disease, commercial disputes, and employment matters.
Mr. Ainsworth currently concentrates his litigation practice on complex litigation and products liability suits claiming injury to people or property. He has defended manufacturers, retailers, and distributors in single-plaintiff cases, multi-plaintiff consolidations, and class actions involving allegedly defective products.
Mr. Ainsworth lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with his wife, Paulette, and their three sons.
