Michele Crosby is a special counsel in the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's Baton Rouge office. Ms. Crosby has over 20 years of experience defending and trying litigation matters with an emphasis on personal injury, property damage, products liability, and cargo loss or damage. She has represented complex insurance companies, national airlines, national and local household goods and freight carriers, manufacturers, power equipment manufacturers, plant and building owners, pipeline companies, energy companies, and corporate employers.

Ms. Crosby has engaged in all phases of single-plaintiff and complex mass tort litigation, and has defended clients in a full spectrum of litigation matters before judges, juries, the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts' Panel for Multi-District Litigation (MDL).
