Melissa Campbell is a special counsel in Jones Walker's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's Miami office. With nearly eight years of experience representing clients in various types of commercial litigation, Ms. Campbell has handled complex litigation in both state and federal courts.
Her experience extends to the areas of products liability, environmental law, real estate, white collar crime, intellectual property, antitrust, and trusts and estates, among others. In the past, she has represented clients in complex class action private antitrust litigation and has represented both acquiring and acquired companies in merger investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice. Ms. Campbell has also represented clients in mediations and the negotiation of settlement agreements.
