Lauren Mastio is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's New Orleans office. Her litigation practice includes all aspects of corporate litigation, focusing on the energy and construction industries.

Within the oil and gas industry, she has experience handling disputes concerning property contamination and restoration, the rights and obligations of parties in joint operating agreements and oil and gas leases. She has represented independent producers, major producers, pipeline companies, and significant landowners.

Ms. Mastio also has an active construction practice where she represents both general contractors and subcontractors in a variety of construction litigation and commercial disputes. She has represented clients in cases at both the state and federal levels in matters involving design errors, defective specifications, delay in construction claims, change orders, and payment disputes.
Ms. Mastio is a 2010 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor degree. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development and Political Science, summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt in 2006.
