Emily Eagan is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group.  Her practice includes large environmental and toxic tort litigation as well as ERISA and non-ERISA insurance coverage disputes, products liability actions, and various business torts and commercial disputes.  Ms. Eagan has been involved in most aspects of pre-trial litigation, including tactical decisions, traditional discovery and e-discovery, drafting of substantive pleadings, taking and defending depositions, oral argument, and arbitration and mediation.

Following graduation from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, Emily Eagan worked for Senator Mary Landrieu.  During law school, she was the a recipient of the Louisiana Law Scholarship, a member of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal, a Moot Court team member, and she later served as Chief Justice of The Tulane Moot Court Board.
