Henry Laird is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's Gulfport office. His practice spans all types of commercial litigation and disputes. He also practices in the area of the First Amendment, including defense of defamation and privacy claims, and media law, including access to the courtroom, court file, governmental meetings, and other public records and places.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar, and the Bar Association of The Fifth Federal Circuit. He has been selected as a Fellow of The Mississippi Bar Foundation.

Mr. Laird is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where he was awarded a bachelor of arts degree, and the University of Mississippi, where he received a juris doctor degree.
