Keith Raulston is special counsel in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's Jackson office. Originally with Watkins Ludlam, he came to Jones Walker in 2011 with vast experience in matters involving litigation and insurance coverage.

Mr. Raulston received his juris doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was a Benwood Scholar and was elected by the faculty to the Order of the Coif. His bachelor of arts degree is from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he graduated magna cum laude.

He has a long history of distinction within the legal field which continues today. He has tried numerous high-stakes bench, jury, and arbitration cases, and he has argued appellate cases before both state and federal courts. In addition, he is a popular lecturer at domestic and international seminars and has served as the Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of the Mississippi Law Institute and as a Barrister in the American Inns of Court.

Mr. Raulston is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association's Sections of Tort and Insurance and Litigation, the Defense Research Institute, the Capitol Area Bar Association, and the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Raulston is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts of Mississippi, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and in the United States Supreme Court. He has argued before the Federal Judicial Panel on multi-district litigation and has been a designated defense expert in multi-million dollar insurance disputes in federal courts.
