Lindsay Dowdle is a partner in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group in the Jackson office. Ms. Dowdle has defended employers in litigation involving a variety of employment claims in both federal and state courts. In addition, she works with employers to develop workplace policies and procedures to effectively comply with state and federal employment law, and to limit  exposure to employment claims and related litigation. Ms. Dowdle is published in the American Bar Association, Employment & Labor Relations Law newsletter.

She has been an active member of Jackson Young Lawyers Association since her admission to the bar. Ms. Dowdle has served as President, Treasurer, co-chair of the Social Committee and a member of the Pro-Bono Committee. She serves as Director for Hinds Post VI of the Young Lawyers Division of The Mississippi Bar. Ms. Dowdle regularly volunteers as a Book Buddy with Power APAC School and has served as a volunteer attorney for the Stewpot Community Services Legal Clinic.

She is a 2008 magna cum laude graduate of the Mississippi College School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the Mississippi Law Review and was a member of the moot court board. Ms. Dowdle also earned a Master of Education in Counseling Education from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Appalachian State University.
