Randy Wall is special counsel in the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group. After graduating from Harvard Law School and serving for two years in the United States Army, he joined the firm of Watkins Ludlam in 1970 and helped to develop the public finance practice for that firm.

During his career, Mr. Wall has been involved in the development of the law and practice regarding finance for municipalities, counties, school districts, universities, community colleges, utility districts, and special use districts, and has served as bond counsel, issuer's counsel, and developer's counsel regarding many types of economic development projects.

He is a frequent speaker on the topic of public finance for various conferences and associations, and has authored and co-authored numerous articles regarding public finance and economic development.

Mr. Wall’s accomplishments in corporate law, municipal law, project finance law, and public finance law are recognized by a number of notable organizations. He focuses his practice on state and local government finance and is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and is a Fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation.
