David Bordson-Bozzo is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the New Orleans office. He earned his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2013 and served as a research assistant for a professor of tax law during his second and third years. He graduated from the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Bordson-Bozzo worked as an investment professional for Silver Point Capital, a multi-strategy, credit-focused hedge fund. While working at Silver Point Capital, he structured debt and equity investments with a focus on fundamental business analysis, coordinated investment documentation with counsel, and served as the contact point for company senior management during new investment due diligence. Mr. Bordson-Bozzo also worked as an investment banking analyst for Miller Buckfire & Co., a boutique investment bank focused on advising and restructuring companies in financial distress.
