Kara McQueen-Borden is an associate in the Tax Practice Group, where she focuses on trusts and estates.

Kara assists clients with the preparation of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, marital agreements, and medical directives. She has also assisted clients with succession matters and the preparation of estate tax returns.

Kara previously worked in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, with a focus on commercial transactions. She draws on this experience to help clients implement business succession and charitable giving plans. 

While in law school, Kara worked as a summer associate with Jones Walker.
