Kara McQueen-Borden is an associate in the firm's Tax & Estates and Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Groups in the New Orleans office.

Ms. McQueen-Borden earned her juris doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Tulane University Law School. While in law school, Ms. McQueen-Borden was a member of Tulane Law Review and worked as a summer associate with Jones Walker. She received her Master of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her thesis research in the area of biogeochemistry. Ms. McQueen-Borden graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Art History, cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 1999.
