Stephanie McLarty is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's Jackson office. Her practice is focused on creditors' rights and bankruptcy law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McLarty served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She has also served in externships for the Office of United States Trustee (a division of the Justice Department overseeing bankruptcy administration) and for the Honorable Neil P. Olack, Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.

Ms. McLarty is a 2013 graduate of Emory University School of Law, where she received her juris doctor degree, and served as Executive Notes & Comments Editor for Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. She is a 2008 graduate of Sewanee: University of the South, where she received her B.A. in Political Science.
