Rebecca Gottsegen defends employers sued under various federal and state labor and employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and other employment laws and regulations. Ms. Gottsegen also handles matters before the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, which includes developing affirmative action plans. Ms. Gottsegen frequently conducts supervisor training for employers in compliance with these laws. She is national labor & employment counsel to a publicly traded company that operates in 25 states and Puerto Rico.

Ms. Gottsegen is an adjunct professor of Labor Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and is a regular public speaker.
