Dawn M. Fuqua is an Associate with the Business & Commercial Litigation practice group in the Lafayette office, and a member of the Healthcare Litigation team. Ms. Fuqua recently served as a law clerk for the Honorable Patrick Michot in the Fifteenth Judicial District Court in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Ms. Fuqua also served as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Louisiana, Division of Administrative Law, and was also a Judge for the Ethics Adjudicatory Board.

Ms. Fuqua practiced for more than 20 years in private practice handling litigation matters in various areas including energy, commercial disputes, environmental and toxic tort litigation, administrative law, telecommunications, expropriation, construction, and succession law.
