Samantha Schott is an associate in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Jay C. Zainey of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. 

Ms. Schott received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama School of Law where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the 2014-2015 Alabama  Law Review. While in law school, she served as an intern for Judge Madeleine Landrieu of the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. 
Before law school, Samantha worked in the office of U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu as the Senator’s Press Assistant. Samantha graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts degree in News-Editorial Journalism.
