Jackie Bost is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the Jackson office. Mr. Bost focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, civil litigation, and appellate law.

Before joining the firm, he served as staff attorney to the Honorable F. Keith Ball of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Prior to joining Judge Ball’s chambers, he served as senior attorney for the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, where he litigated civil forfeiture actions in circuit and county courts throughout Mississippi and defended the agency in various actions in federal and state court. Mr. Bost also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Mississippi. Immediately following law school, Mr. Bost was judicial clerk for the Honorable Ann H. Lamar of the Supreme Court of Mississippi.

Mr. Bost is a 2008 graduate of Mississippi College School of Law, where he received his juris doctor degree, cum laude, received Best Paper in Property I, Will and Estates, was awarded the Academic Merit Scholarship, and was a Dean's List Scholar.
