Zach Ludens is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group on the Banking and Creditor Rights team, based in the Miami office. His practice includes representing financial institutions in lender liability actions, suits to enforce creditors’ rights, and in suits relating to operational matters. Mr. Ludens also represents troubled financial institutions and their officers and directors across the country.

Mr. Ludens handles all facets of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to appellate resolution. He has a broad range of experience in litigation, including antitrust and trade regulation, class action litigation, healthcare, insurance coverage disputes, intellectual property disputes, probate, and white collar criminal defense. In addition, Mr. Ludens has experience assisting clients through both state and federal investigations.

During law school, Mr. Ludens worked as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Additionally, Mr. Ludens clerked for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the U.S. Attorney, District of South Dakota.

Mr. Ludens is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he received his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude. While there he served as Senior Editing Writer for the University of Miami Law Review and was Interschool Competition Chair for the Mock Trial Team. Prior to law school, Mr. Ludens received his Master of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Miami, and he received his Bachelor of Arts in Government & International Affairs and History from Augustana College in South Dakota where he graduated, cum laude.
