Scott Jenkins' practice focuses on maritime personal injury, administrative and regulatory proceedings, products liability, collision matters, contract disputes, insurance coverage disputes, workers' compensation claims, construction litigation, and premises liability. He has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts and routinely handles matters before regulatory agencies, including the United States Coast Guard and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
