David Kerth, a partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, has litigated commercial lease, real property, construction, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and sales disputes since joining the firm in 1997.
His practice involves litigation in the state and federal courts throughout Louisiana. He obtained his B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University in 1993, and his J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, in 1997.
Mr. Kerth is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Baton Rouge Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana. A native of New Orleans, Mr. Kerth has lived in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, since 1989.
