Jones Walker LLP announced today that Nick Spiliotis has joined the firm as a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the Houston office.
Nick counsels employers regarding a broad range of workplace issues across multiple industries, and he is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Nick works with corporate attorneys who have employment-related concerns and issues with mergers and acquisitions, and he also routinely drafts employment agreements containing restrictive covenants and handles the enforcement and defense of such clauses. Nick also has experience representing employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Texas Workforce Commission, the US Department of Labor, and the National Labor Relations Board.

Nick has served two separate three-year terms on the Houston Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section Council and currently serves on the board of trustees of Hellenic College Holy Cross, a liberal arts college and seminary in Brookline, Massachusetts.
