Jones Walker partner Boyd Bryan will speak at the upcoming LSU Environmental Law Seminar on Friday, April 18, 2008, at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, in Baton Rouge.  Mr. Bryan's presentation, "Environmental Due Diligence in Commercial Transactions," will review strategies for conducting due diligence and managing potential environmental liability in development projects, buying and selling assets and businesses, and other transactions.
