Dan Martin, a partner in the Birmingham office and a member of the firm’s corporate compliance and white collar defense team, moderated a panel on behalf of the White Collar Crime Committee of the Alabama State Bar on January 8, 2021. The panel, titled “Views From the Bench: Judges Recently Appointed to the Federal Bench Speak on White Collar Issues,” featured four federal judges from the Northern District of Alabama and covered issues related to white collar matters, including jury selection, trials, pleas, and sentencing.
