Nicole represents a broad range of clients within the construction industry including, owners, general contractors, design-build contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors. She has experience litigating issues related to industrial and infrastructure construction projects as well as advising clients about risk mitigation and project management techniques.

She vigorously represents her clients and has valuable experience in defending and taking depositions, participating in mediations and negotiations, and drafting motions, briefs, demands, discovery, and pleadings, as well as developing case management strategies.

Nicole earned her juris doctor degree from Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as a specially appointed litigation associate for the Advocacy Department and received an esteemed CALI Award in lawyering advocacy.
