Donald to Present at The University of Texas at Austin School of Law's Conference on Carbon and Climate Change
Partner Michael B. Donald will speak at a pre-workshop seminar before the University of Texas at Austin School of Law's CLE Conference on Carbon and Climate Change. Mr. Donald will present in a panel discussion titled "Evolving Policies at the State Level." The 90-minute program covers geologic storage regulation in several jurisdictions, namely Texas, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Louisiana. Mr. Donald will be speaking specifically on Louisiana.
The pre-workshop seminar, which will be held February 16 at the AT&T Conference Center in Austin, Texas, began at 8:00 a.m. CST and concludes at 5:00 p.m. The full conference will take place February 17–18, also at the AT&T Conference Center.
