Ned Bergin is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His commercial litigation practice focuses on utility regulation, complex and class action litigation, contract litigation, energy litigation, and antitrust matters. Mr. Bergin represents publicly held entities in these areas, and his clients include large nationwide telecommunications providers and energy production and cogeneration companies.
Mr. Bergin's public utility regulatory practice focuses primarily on practice before the Louisiana Public Service Commission, where he has represented telecommunications and electric companies, water and sewer companies, and certain large industrial consumers.
