Ned Bergin’s practice focuses on commercial litigation with emphasis on utility regulation, complex and class action litigation, contract litigation, energy litigation, and antitrust. Mr. Bergin’s public utility regulatory practice focuses primarily on practice before the Louisiana Public Service Commission, where he has represented telecommunications and electric companies, water and sewer companies, and certain large industrial consumers.
