Amy Scafidel is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group. Her practice primarily focuses on commercial lending and financial transactions. She has experience representing borrowers and commercial banks in connection with a wide variety of commercial lending transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting all types of senior, subordinated, secure, and unsecured syndicated financial and other lending transactions. She also has experience with secured asset-based debt financings, acquisition and working capital facilities, Term B loans, various hedging arrangements, securitization lending transactions, and oil and gas secured financings. Ms. Scafidel also represents clients in acquisitions and real estate matters.
