Avery Pardee is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and a member of the firm's Corporate Compliance & White Collar Defense team. Ms. Pardee's practice focuses on corporate compliance issues, including internal and government investigations, assisting clients in responding to government subpoenas, designing and implementing compliance programs, and white collar defense, as well as representing clients in business and commercial disputes at trial and on appeal.
Ms. Pardee joined the firm in 2007, after receiving her juris doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Tulane University Law School. She received her bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2004, and served as an AmeriCorps member in Washington, D.C. from 2001–2002.
