Tiffany Raush is an associate in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation practice group and practices from the Houston office. Ms. Raush’s practice includes complex commercial and tort litigation.

She has represented design professionals in litigation related to the construction of expressways, highway interchanges, maintenance of traffic conditions, multi-county guardrail systems, and similar sophisticated roadway design projects and has also represented contractors in construction defect litigation. She has obtained early dismissals in her design and construction cases—minimizing the costs to her clients—and has successfully obtained the payment of attorneys’ fees from opposing parties. Ms. Raush’s commercial litigation experience includes defense against claims related to trade secrets, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, unfair competition, and other similar business torts in addition to premises liability and employment disputes. She has also successfully prosecuted and defended appeals.

Ms. Raush is committed to pro bono work and has represented underprivileged clients in guardianship matters since her first year as a lawyer. She has focused on representing parents of developmentally disabled children who are required to obtain Letters of Guardianship when their children reach the age of majority.

Ms. Raush is a 2010 graduate of the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law, where she received her juris doctor degree, magna cum laude. During law school, Ms. Raush served as the Managing Editor of the Florida Law Review.
