C. Dean Domingue,  Curtis R. Hearn, Theodore W. Jones, Robert W. Scheffy, Jr., and Andy St. Romain will be presenting at the LCPA's 2012 Oil & Gas Workshop in Lafayette, LA on November 15–16, 2012 at the Hilton Lafayette. This workshop assembles the industry's key leaders from across the United States and Louisiana as a virtual "think tank" for discussing the biggest issues facing the industry today. 

Mr. Domingue will present on, "Fracking Patents: Background on Intellectual Property in Oil & Gas and Hydraulic Fracturing Patents."  Mr. Hearn will discuss, "SEC Reporting and Disclosure." Mr. Jones, Mr. Scheffy, and Mr. St. Romain will collectively present on the topic of, "Mergers & Acquisitions and Oil & Gas Property Rights."
