Linda Bounds Keng, a partner in the Tax Practice Group in the Jackson office, presented “401(k) Plan Errors, Corrections, and Audits” at the Mississippi Bankers Association HR Action Group on October 1, 2019. During the presentation, Linda discussed the most common errors discovered in IRS and Department of Labor audits of 401(k) plans and offered alternatives for avoiding and correcting plan errors.
