Grady Hurley, a partner and co-leader of the maritime litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution team, served as a guest lecturer in Brother Martin High School's Law Studies Class on November 17, 2023. Grady discussed an overview of contracts, specifically certain elements of a contract such as offers, acceptances, breaches of contract, and remedies. The law studies course gives students an overview of basic principles from areas of law such as Tort Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Family Law and of the litigation and mediation process.
