William C. Baldwin, a partner in the firm's Admiralty & Maritime practice group in the New Orleans office, will present at the Connecticut Maritime Association’s Shipping 2017 on March 20-22, 2017, in Samford, Connecticut. He will serve on a panel addressing various legal issues related to the Hanjin Bankruptcy, including what every owner, charterer, cargo owner and vendor should know from recent high profile cases. Mr. Baldwin will specifically discuss concerns and rights of cargo interests.
