H. Mark Adams and Jennifer L. Anderson, partners in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, were recently quoted in an article published in the HR Hero Line, a weekly e-zine. In the article, “Prevent Peril from Office Romance” Adams and Anderson were cited in reference to an article previously written by the attorneys and published in the August 2011 Louisiana Employment Law Letter. The quote discusses an employer’s liability in sexual harassment cases among co-workers that were previously involved in a romantic relationship.
