Jesse R. “Jay” Adams, III and William M. Backstrom, Jr., partners on the State and Local Tax Team in the New Orleans office, presented during the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) Sales and Use Tax Workshop “Manufacturing in the Southeast” from March 27 to March 29, 2018.
