Mark and Maggie report on the recent announcement by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the agency will not require covered employers to submit their 2019 EEO-1 data this year, but will postpone collection of 2019 EEO-1 data to March 2021 when it also will collect employers’ 2020 EEO-1 data.
