Jesse "Jay" R. Adams, III, a partner in the firm's Tax & Estates Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented at a conference hosted by the Institute for Professionals in Taxation ("IPT") titled, "Sales Tax I: Introduction to Sales & Use Taxes," on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, in Atlanta, Georgia. His presentation titled, "Ethics in Sales and Use Taxation," assisted attendees in understanding the importance and reasons of ethical behavior in a profession and taught attendees how to recognize unethical behaviors as related to IPT's Code of Ethics.
